With the support of a skilled Life Coach, the power of the
group, and the step-by-step tools developed by Rebecca McLean
and Roger Jahnke, you can truly make powerful decision about
where your life is headed and how you intend to live it.
Whether your focus is on health improvement, stress mastery,
career changes, spiritual practice, better relationships,
or any other area of your life, you can design and implement
a successful action plan to fulfill your intentions and goals.
In your group you will:
- Complete a Circle of Life Assessment,
evaluating 12 aspects of your life
- Conduct your own
Readiness for Change Assessment
- Begin a powerful process
of Intention/ Challenge/ Affirmation/ Action/ Accountability
- Create
a personal step-by-step strategy, plan, and schedule
that really works for you

Details: In your group, you can expect to
meet for about 1 hour each week, for 6 weeks. If an hour
a week just doesn't work for your life, we also offer
Personalized One-on-One Coaching. All coaching includes the
Circle of Life Participant Manual.

Personal Training
Do you need someone to help you
get started on an exercise program? Or do you have
medical concerns that have kept you from exercising?
Individual fitness instruction is a great place to
be motivated and challenged with each and every workout.
Benefits of Personal Training:

You will work with a Certified Personal Trainer and/or Clinical Exercise Specialist to
set and achieve your fitness goals.

you fit and stay motivated. Get your friends or co-workers
together for fun, group exercise and get in shape together.
Classes are tailored to your groups needs. Our 30 Minute
classes are a great place to start, even if it’s
been a while. We provide all equipment necessary to
get you started, you provide the space. It’s
a great way to Get Moving and Get Fit!
